Terms & Conditions This show is rated ALL-AGES. Children under 12 months do not require a ticket but must be seated on a parent's lap. Only one baby per parent. Please take note that no access will be granted once the show has commenced. Entry & exit will only be permitted during interval. Age Restrictions: - Guests aged 12 months and above must each have a ticket to enter the venue. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older. - No refund will be given because the ticket holder was not aware of the age restriction. - All attendees aged 12 months and older must have a valid ticket for the specific event, date, time and seat. Refunds/Exchanges: - No refunds or exchanges once tickets are purchased. - Patrons arriving late to a performance will only be admitted into the venue at a suitable break. Latecomers may be seated in alternate seat locations to avoid disruption of the performance. Refunds will not be processed for latecomers. Photography/Videography: - Photography, videography and audio recording including camera phones are strictly prohibited. The following items are prohibited: - Food and beverages from outside the venue are not allowed on the premises. - Professional cameras, laptops, tablets, selfie sticks/monopods or tripods, and audio or video recorders - Illegal substances of any kind - Weapons of any kind, including any item that can be used as a projectile - Laser pointers, permanent markers / felt-type pens, scissors, or aerosol canisters - Drones and or other remote-controlled devices - Glow sticks and illuminating objects such as LED signage The ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items, including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices. Wheelchair-accessible spaces and companion seats are limited and must be arranged in advance through Blu Blood Tickets. Allocation is subject to availability. Customers requiring accessible seating must contact Blu Blood Tickets via WhatsApp or email [email protected] before purchasing. Tickets purchased through Viagogo or any other unauthorised secondary reseller may be invalid. Patrons holding invalid or unauthorised tickets will not be permitted entry to the venue and will not be entitled to a refund from the event organiser or official ticketing provider. Animals are not permitted, except for registered assistance or service dogs. Guests requiring an assistance or service dog must notify Blu Blood Tickets in advance so that the necessary arrangements can be made with the venue.
