Terms & Conditions Ticket Validity Every attendee aged 2 years and older must hold a valid ticket for Shreya Ghoshal - The Unstoppable Tour on 5 December 2026, showing the correct date, time and allocated seat. Tickets may not be duplicated, altered or resold for commercial purposes without prior written approval from the event organiser. Tickets obtained from unauthorised secondary resellers may be invalid, and entry may be refused. Age Policy This event is rated All Ages. Children aged 2 years and older require their own valid ticket. Children must remain under the supervision of their accompanying parent or legal guardian. Identification Guests should carry valid identification and present it when reasonably requested by event, venue or security personnel. Accessibility Wheelchair access is available at the venue. Event Times, Late Arrival and Re-entry Doors are scheduled to open at 18:00. This time is subject to change. The show starts at 20:00. The show is expected to end at approximately 23:30. Interval arrangements have not yet been confirmed. The organiser may deny late entry. Where late admission is permitted, latecomers may be admitted only at a suitable break and may be allocated alternative seating to minimise disruption. Re-entry is subject to the venue's operational and security requirements. No refund will be issued for late arrival or refused late entry. Strobe and Lighting Warning Strobe lighting and other intense lighting effects may be used during the show. These effects may not be suitable or safe for individuals with epilepsy or other conditions involving sensitivity to light. Guests should exercise appropriate caution and seek medical advice where necessary. Security Security procedures, including frisking and searches of guests and their belongings, remain the right of the organiser, venue management and security personnel. Guests must comply with all searches and follow security instructions at all times. Prohibited or unsafe items may be confiscated, and admission may be refused. Prohibited Items Dangerous or potentially hazardous objects are prohibited, including weapons, knives, firearms, ammunition, fireworks, explosives, helmets, laser devices, bottles, musical instruments, illegal substances, professional recording equipment, drones, large bags and any item considered unsafe by venue security. Outside food and beverages are prohibited unless the venue expressly permits them. Prohibited items may be removed from the venue with or without their owner. Registered assistance or service dogs are permitted subject to prior arrangements with the venue. Behaviour and Venue Rules Guests must comply with all venue rules and behave respectfully towards performers, staff and fellow patrons. People who appear intoxicated may be refused entry. Disruptive, abusive, threatening, intoxicated or disorderly behaviour may result in refusal of entry or removal from the venue without refund. Photography, Filming and Media Rights The event may be photographed or filmed for broadcast, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes. By attending, guests consent to appearing incidentally in photographs, video footage or other recordings of the event and to the lawful use of that material worldwide, without further approval or compensation, subject to applicable law. The organiser, artist and artist's team may also repost or use photographs, videos, graphics or other concert-related media that visitors voluntarily share on public platforms for commercial, advertising, branding, publicity and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and the applicable platform's terms. Unauthorised Recording Audio or video recording of the performance using professional equipment is strictly prohibited. Ticket holders may not create, store, transmit, reproduce or commercially or non-commercially exploit unauthorised sound recordings, visual footage or other event data. A person who breaches this condition may be removed from the venue without refund. Refunds and Exchanges All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be granted except where required by applicable law or if the event is officially cancelled. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified of the available options. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method where applicable. Event Changes Event details may change at the organiser's discretion. The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, running times, supporting performers, production requirements or other event arrangements. Such changes do not automatically entitle the ticket holder to a refund unless required by applicable law. Liability and Personal Property Attendance is at the ticket holder's own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser, artist, artist's team and venue are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, or for injury, illness, food-related illness, pollution-related harm or other loss arising during the event, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or where caused by negligence for which they are legally responsible. Refusal of Admission and Removal The organiser reserves the right, without refund where permitted by law, to refuse admission to or remove any person who breaches these terms, venue rules, security procedures or lawful staff instructions. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These terms and the event are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent South African courts, without limiting any right a consumer has to approach another court, tribunal or forum under applicable law. Acceptance By purchasing, possessing or using a ticket, the ticket holder confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these ticket conditions and event terms.
