Terms & Conditions Age Rating This show is rated PG13. Children under 13 may attend only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children under 13 must remain accompanied by their parent or legal guardian throughout the event. Wheelchair-accessible seating and companion-seat assistance must be arranged before purchasing by contacting Blu Blood Tickets on WhatsApp at 082 582 5663 or emailing [email protected]. Every attendee must hold a valid ticket for the specific event, date, time and allocated seat. All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be granted once tickets have been purchased, except where required by applicable law or if the event is officially cancelled. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified of the available options by the official ticketing provider. No access will be granted once the performance has commenced. Latecomers and patrons seeking re-entry may only be admitted during a suitable break and may be allocated alternative seating to minimise disruption. No refunds will be issued for late arrival. Tickets may not be duplicated, altered or resold for commercial purposes without prior written approval from the event organiser. Tickets purchased from unauthorised secondary resellers may be refused. Photography, videography, audio recording and live streaming are prohibited unless expressly authorised by the organiser. Mobile phones must be switched to silent mode during the performance. Guests must behave respectfully towards performers, staff and fellow patrons. Disruptive, abusive, threatening, intoxicated or disorderly behaviour may result in refusal of entry or removal without refund. Outside food and beverages, illegal substances, weapons, professional recording equipment, laser pointers, drones, large bags and any item deemed unsafe by venue security are prohibited. Registered assistance or service dogs are permitted subject to prior arrangements with the venue. All guests and their belongings may be searched upon entry. Prohibited items may be confiscated, and admission may be refused at the discretion of venue security or event management. The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, running times, supporting acts, performers or venue. Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund unless required by law. By purchasing, possessing or using a ticket, the ticket holder confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
