Terms & Conditions This show is rated ALL-AGES. Children under 5 years do not require a ticket but must be seated on a parent or legal guardian’s lap. Only one child under 5 may be seated on each accompanying adult’s lap. Guests aged 5 years and older must each hold a valid ticket for the event, date, time and allocated seat. Guests under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or older. Doors open at 17:00 and the show starts at 18:00. No access will be granted once the performance has commenced. Late entry, exit and re-entry will only be permitted during the interval. Latecomers may be allocated alternative seating to minimise disruption. No refunds will be issued for late arrival. All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be granted after purchase, except where required by applicable law or if the event is officially cancelled. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified of the available options by the official ticketing provider. Tickets may not be duplicated, altered or resold for commercial purposes without prior written approval from the event organiser. Tickets purchased from Viagogo or other unauthorised secondary resellers may be invalid. Patrons holding invalid or unauthorised tickets may be refused entry and will not be entitled to a refund from the organiser or official ticketing provider. Photography, videography, audio recording and live streaming, including the use of camera phones, are prohibited unless expressly authorised by the organiser. Guests must behave respectfully towards performers, staff and fellow patrons. Disruptive, abusive, threatening, intoxicated or disorderly behaviour may result in refusal of entry or removal without refund. Outside food and beverages, illegal substances, weapons, professional cameras, recording equipment, laptops, tablets, selfie sticks, monopods, tripods, laser pointers, permanent markers, scissors, aerosol canisters, drones, remote-controlled devices, glow sticks and illuminated signage are prohibited. Animals are prohibited, except registered assistance or service dogs. Guests attending with an assistance or service dog must contact Blu Blood Tickets before purchasing so that arrangements can be made with the venue. All guests and their belongings may be searched on entry. Prohibited items may be confiscated, and admission may be refused at the discretion of venue security or event management. Attendance is at the ticket holder’s own risk. The organiser, venue, promoters and associated partners are not liable for loss, theft, property damage or personal injury, except where caused by negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded. By attending, guests consent to the reasonable use of their image or likeness in event photographs or recordings without compensation.
