Terms & Conditions This show is presented in English. No children under the age of 12, or anyone shorter than 1.2 metres, will be permitted in the Floor Standing sections. No children under the age of 3 will be permitted at the concert. Every attendee aged 3+ must have their own valid ticket. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued because the ticket holder was unaware of the applicable age or height restrictions, except where required by applicable law or if the event is cancelled. Tickets are valid only for the event, date, time and seat or section indicated. Tickets may not be duplicated, altered or resold for commercial purposes without prior written approval from the event organiser. Tickets purchased through Viagogo or any other unauthorised secondary reseller may be invalid. Patrons holding invalid or unauthorised tickets will not be permitted entry to the venue and will not be entitled to a refund from the event organiser or official ticketing provider. Lost, stolen or damaged tickets may not be replaced unless the official ticketing provider determines otherwise. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified of the available options by the official ticketing provider. The organiser reserves the right to amend the event programme, running times, supporting acts, performers or venue where reasonably necessary. Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund unless the organiser determines otherwise or the law requires it. Professional photography, videography, audio recording and live streaming of the performance are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised by the organiser. Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards performers, staff and fellow patrons at all times. Disruptive, abusive, threatening, intoxicated or disorderly behaviour may result in refusal of entry or removal from the venue without a refund. Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated smoking areas where available. The following items are not permitted inside the venue: Outside food and beverages. Alcohol, illegal drugs, narcotics or any controlled substances. Firearms, ammunition, knives, explosives, fireworks, pepper spray, tasers or any other weapon or dangerous item. Professional cameras, video cameras, laptops, tablets, selfie sticks, monopods, tripods or audio/video recording equipment unless authorised. Laser pointers, permanent markers, aerosol cans or spray paint. Drones or remote-controlled devices. Glow sticks, LED signs or illuminated objects that may obstruct the view of other guests. Large bags, suitcases or any item deemed unsafe by venue security. Any other item prohibited by the venue or event organiser. All guests and their belongings may be searched upon entry. Any prohibited item may be confiscated, and entry may be refused at the discretion of venue security or event management. The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person who breaches these Terms & Conditions without refund. Attendance at the event is at the ticket holder’s own risk. The organiser, venue, promoters and associated partners shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage to personal property or personal injury except where caused by negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law. The event may be photographed or filmed for promotional, marketing or security purposes. By attending the event, guests consent to the use of their image or likeness in any photographs or recordings without compensation. By purchasing, possessing or using a ticket for this event, the ticket holder acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Wheelchair-accessible spaces and companion seats are limited and must be arranged in advance through Blu Blood Tickets. Allocation is subject to availability. Customers requiring accessible seating must contact Blu Blood Tickets via WhatsApp or email [email protected] before purchasing. Animals are not permitted, except for registered assistance or service dogs. Guests requiring an assistance or service dog must notify Blu Blood Tickets in advance so that the necessary arrangements can be made with the venue.
