Terms & Conditions Terms & Conditions This show is presented in English. Dress code: Pyjama Party. Age Rating: Strictly NO UNDER 18's. Please note that no access will be granted once the performance has commenced. Entry and re-entry will only be permitted during a suitable break in the performance, where applicable. Age Restrictions • All attendees must comply with the age restriction specified for the event. • Guests below the minimum permitted age will not be granted entry. • This event is strictly for guests aged 18 and older. No person under the age of 18 will be permitted entry, even when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. • Every person entering the venue must hold a valid ticket for the specific event, date, time and seating allocation, unless otherwise stated on the event page. • No refunds will be issued because the ticket holder was unaware of the applicable age restriction. Tickets • Tickets are valid only for the event, date, time and seat indicated. • Tickets may not be duplicated, altered or resold for commercial purposes without prior written approval from the event organiser. Tickets purchased through Viagogo or any other unauthorised secondary reseller may be invalid. Patrons holding invalid or unauthorised tickets will not be permitted entry to the venue and will not be entitled to a refund from the event organiser or official ticketing provider. • Lost, stolen or damaged tickets may not be replaced unless determined by the official ticketing provider. Refunds & Exchanges • All ticket sales are final. • No refunds or exchanges will be granted once tickets have been purchased, except where required by applicable law or if the event is officially cancelled. • If an event is postponed or rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified of the available options by the official ticketing provider. • Patrons arriving after the performance has commenced may only be admitted during a suitable break and may be allocated alternative seating to minimise disruption. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals. Event Changes • The organiser reserves the right to amend the event programme, running times, supporting acts, performers or venue where reasonably necessary. • Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund unless otherwise determined by the organiser or required by law. Photography & Recording • Photography, videography, audio recording and live streaming of the performance are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised by the organiser. • Mobile phones should be switched to silent mode throughout the performance. Behaviour • Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards performers, staff and fellow patrons at all times. • Disruptive, abusive, threatening, intoxicated or disorderly behaviour may result in refusal of entry or removal from the venue without refund. • Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated smoking areas where available. Prohibited Items The following items are not permitted inside the venue: • Outside food and beverages. • Alcohol, illegal drugs, narcotics or any controlled substances. • Firearms, ammunition, knives, explosives, fireworks, pepper spray, tasers or any other weapon or dangerous item. • Professional cameras, video cameras, laptops, tablets, selfie sticks, monopods, tripods or audio/video recording equipment unless authorised. • Laser pointers, permanent markers, aerosol cans or spray paint. • Drones or remote-controlled devices. • Glow sticks, LED signs or illuminated objects that may obstruct the view of other guests. • Large bags, suitcases or any item deemed unsafe by venue security. • Animals are not permitted, except for registered assistance or service dogs. Guests requiring an assistance or service dog must notify Blu Blood Tickets in advance so that the necessary arrangements can be made with the venue. • Any other item prohibited by the venue or event organiser. Security • All guests and their belongings may be searched upon entry. • Any prohibited item may be confiscated, and entry may be refused at the discretion of venue security or event management. • The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person who breaches these Terms & Conditions without refund. Liability • Attendance at the event is at the ticket holder's own risk. • The organiser, venue, promoters and associated partners shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage to personal property or personal injury except where caused by negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law. Privacy • The event may be photographed or filmed for promotional, marketing or security purposes. • By attending the event, guests consent to the use of their image or likeness in any photographs or recordings without compensation. Acceptance By purchasing, possessing or using a ticket for this event, the ticket holder acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Wheelchair-accessible spaces and companion seats are limited and must be arranged in advance through Blu Blood Tickets. Allocation is subject to availability.
