Terms & Conditions TERMS AND CONDITIONS This show is rated ALL-AGES. Children aged 0–2 years do not require a ticket but must be seated on a parent’s lap. Only one baby is permitted per parent. Please note that no access will be granted once the show has commenced. Entry and exit will only be permitted during the interval. Age Restrictions: - Guests aged 2 years and above must each have a ticket to enter the venue. - Children under 2 years do not require a ticket but must be seated on a parent’s lap. Only one baby is permitted per parent. - Guests under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or older. - No refund will be given because a ticket holder was unaware of the age restriction. - All attendees must have a ticket that is valid for the specific event date and time shown. Refunds and Exchanges: - No refunds or exchanges will be permitted once tickets have been purchased. - Patrons arriving late will only be admitted into the venue at a suitable break in the performance. - Latecomers may be seated in alternative locations to avoid disrupting the performance. - Refunds will not be processed for latecomers. Photography, Videography and Audio Recording: - Photography, videography and audio recording, including the use of camera phones, are strictly prohibited. Prohibited Items: The following items are prohibited in accordance with the Emperors Palace/Theatre of Marcellus venue policy: - Hot Food - Popcorn - Smoking - Professional cameras - Laptops and tablets - Selfie sticks, monopods and tripods - Audio or video recording equipment - Illegal substances of any kind - Weapons of any kind, including any item that can be used as a projectile - Laser pointers - Permanent markers or felt-tip pens - Scissors - Aerosol canisters - Drones or other remote-controlled devices - Glow sticks and illuminating objects, including LED signage - Animals, excluding registered assistance or service dogs - Any other items prohibited under the venue’s policy The final list of prohibited items is subject to confirmation and may be amended in accordance with the venue’s policy. Permitted Items: The following items are permitted, subject to the Emperors Palace/Theatre of Marcellus venue policy: - Valid event tickets - Personal essentials - Items expressly permitted under the venue’s policy The ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for prohibited items, including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous or illegal substances, and recording devices.
