Please note that no access will be granted once the performance has commenced. Entry and re-entry will only be permitted during a suitable break in the performance, where applicable.
Admission
Every guest entering the venue must hold a valid ticket for the specific event, date, time and seating allocation, unless otherwise stated on the event page.
Guests are expected to comply with all venue rules and instructions issued by event staff and security personnel.
Refunds & Exchanges
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased, except where required by applicable law or if the event is officially cancelled.

Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards performers, venue staff and fellow patrons at all times.
Any disruptive, abusive, intoxicated or unsafe behaviour may result in refusal of entry or removal from the venue without refund.

The following items are not permitted inside the venue:
Outside food and beverages.
Alcohol, illegal drugs or controlled substances.
Firearms, knives, explosives, fireworks or any dangerous weapon.
Professional cameras, video cameras, audio recording equipment, laptops, tablets, selfie sticks, monopods or tripods unless authorised.
Laser pointers, aerosol cans, spray paint or permanent markers.
Drones or remote-controlled devices.
Glow sticks, LED signs or illuminated objects that may obstruct the view of other guests.
Animals, except for registered assistance or service dogs.
Any other item prohibited by venue management.
Security
All guests and their belongings may be searched upon entry.
Entry may be refused to any person found in possession of prohibited items or who refuses to comply with security procedures.
Liability
Attendance at the event is at the ticket holder's own risk.
The organiser, venue and associated partners accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property, except where required by law.
