Terms & Conditions This show is rated ALL-AGES. Children under 12 months do not require a ticket but must be seated on a parent's lap. Only one baby per parent. Please take note that no access will be granted once the show has commenced. Entry & exit will only be permitted during interval. Terms & Conditions Age Restrictions * Guests aged 12 months and above must each have a ticket to enter the venue. Only one baby per parent. * Guests under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or older. * No refund will be given because the ticket holder was not aware of the age restriction. * All attendees must have a valid ticket for the specific date, time and event shown. Refunds / Exchanges * No refunds or exchanges once tickets are purchased. * Patrons arriving late to a performance will only be admitted into the venue at a suitable break. * Latecomers may be seated in alternate seat locations to avoid disruption of the performance. * Refunds will not be processed for latecomers. Photography / Videography * Photography, videography and audio recording, including camera phones, are strictly prohibited. The Following Items Are Prohibited * Food and beverages from outside the venue. * Alcoholic beverages of any kind. * Illegal drugs, narcotics, controlled substances and drug paraphernalia. * Professional cameras, laptops, tablets, selfie sticks, monopods, tripods, audio recorders, video recorders or any professional recording equipment. * Firearms, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, knives, pepper spray, tasers, weapons of any kind, or any item that may be used as a projectile. * Laser pointers, permanent markers, felt-tip pens, scissors, tools or aerosol canisters. * Drones and other remote-controlled devices. * Glow sticks and illuminating objects such as LED signage. * Large banners, flags or signs that may obstruct the view of other guests. * Animals, excluding registered assistance or service dogs. * Any item deemed dangerous, disruptive or illegal by venue management or security personnel. Security Screening The ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for prohibited items, including but not limited to weapons, firearms, alcohol, controlled substances, dangerous items, illegal substances and recording devices. Failure to comply with venue rules, security procedures or instructions from venue staff may result in refusal of entry or removal from the venue without refund.
