Age Restrictions:
- Guests aged 12 months and above must each have a ticket to enter the venue. Children under 12 months do not require a ticket but must be seated on a parent's lap. Only one babe per parent. Guests under 18 years, must be accompanied by an adult 18 years and above.
- All attendees must have a ticket to access the venue valid for the specific date, time and the event shown.
Refunds/Exchanges:
- No refunds or exchanges once tickets are purchased.
Photography/Videography:
- Professional Photography, videography and audio recording including camera phone are strictly prohibited.
The following items are prohibited:
- Food and beverages from outside the venue are not allowed on the premises.
- Professional cameras, laptops, tablets, selfie sticks/monopods or tripods, and audio or video recorders
- Illegal substances of any kind
- Weapons of any kind, including any item that can be used as a projectile
- Laser pointers, permanent markers / felt-type pens, scissors, or aerosol canisters
- Drones and or other remote-controlled devices
- Glow sticks and illuminating objects such as LED signage
- Animals (excluding registered assistance/service dogs)
The ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items, including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.
